Selvpleje, at pleje sig selv.
Med det mener jeg, at vi skal tage os af os selv.
Vi tror ofte, at vi kun skal tage os af andre, men vi skal huske os selv.

Vi vil hellere tage os af andre.

Når det handler om at tage sig af, fokuserer vi på andre.
Det er en del af vores kultur, at vi skal tage os af hinanden.
Ikke at der er noget galt i det, men vi glemmer os selv.
Vi glemmer, at vi skal huske os selv.
At kunne tage os af os selv, danner basis for at kunne tage os af andre.

Hvis ikke vi tager os af os selv, kan vi ikke tage os af andre.

Når ikke vi tager os af os selv, glemmer vi at være nænsomme, omsorgsfulde og hensynsfulde.
Det er sådan fordi, vi ikke kan give noget til andre, vi ikke giver til os selv.
Når ikke vi er nænsomme, omsorgsfulde og hensynsfulde over for os selv, kan vi ikke være det mod andre.
Vi ved ikke, hvordan det praktiseres, når vi ikke øver os på os selv.
På den måde mister vi følingen med, hvad der er rart og hvad der ikke er.
Det kan vi nemlig kun lære på en måde, nemlig ved at øve os på os selv.

Selvpleje

Når vi tænker positivt om os selv, tager vi os allerede af os selv.

Positive tanker om os selv, giver mentalt velvære.
Derfor er det vigtigt at starte med at tænke positivt om os selv.
Vi skal både tænke positivt om vores krop og vores formåen.
I det hele taget skal alle tanker om os selv gerne vendes til at blive positive.
Jo mere positivt vi kan se på os selv, jo større velvære vil vi opleve.

Vi bliver bedre til at være positive overfor andre, når vi er positive overfor os selv.

Ligesom vi ikke kan være omsorgsfulde overfor andre, hvis vi ikke er det overfor os selv, kan vi ikke tænke positivt om andre, hvis ikke vi tænker positivt om os selv.
Derfor er det både vigtigt for os selv, men også for vores relationer, at vi tænker positivt om os selv.
Vores relationer bliver mere givende, når vi tænker positivt.
Når vi tænker positivt om andre, hører vi hvad de siger, fordi vores bevidsthed ikke er optaget af negative tanker.
Negative tanker efterlader ikke plads til andres ord i bevistheden, men det gør de positive.

Positive tanker fylder ikke i bevidstheden.

De negative tanker larmer i bevistheden og fastholder os.
Negative tanker efterlader ikke plads til andet end negativiteten.
Derfor er negative tanker på ingen måder konstruktive når det handler om vores fokus på os selv og andre.
De positive tanker er stille, fylder ingenting og derfor optager de ikke bevidstheden.
Positive tanker giver os ro og velvære.

Selvpleje

Vi kan bruge de negative tanker til at blive mere positive.

Der hvor vi tænker negativt om os selv, er nemlig der, hvor vi har størst potentiale for at blive mere positive overfor os selv.
Alle negative tanker om os selv, skal vendes til positive tanker.
For eksempel bliver jeg kan ikke lide mig selv til jeg kan godt lide mig selv.
Tænker du meget negativt om dig selv, kan du starte med at tænke, at jeg er god til at tænke negativt om mig selv.
På den måde tænker du allerede positivt om dig selv.

Self-care, to take care of oneself.
By that I mean we have to take care of ourselves.
We often think that we should only take care of others, but we need to remember ourselves.

We would rather take care of others.

When it comes to caring, we focus on others.
It is part of our culture that we have to take care of each other.
Not that there is anything wrong with that, but we forget ourselves.
We forget that we must remember ourselves.
Being able to take care of ourselves forms the basis for being able to take care of others.

If we do not take care of ourselves, we can not take care of others.

When we do not take care of ourselves, we forget to be gentle, caring and considerate.
This is because we can not give anything to others, we do not give to ourselves.
When we are not gentle, caring and considerate of ourselves, we can not be so towards others.
We do not know how it is practiced when we do not practice on ourselves.
That way, we lose touch with what’s nice and what’s not.
We can only learn this in one way and this is practising on ourselves.

When we think positively about ourselves, we are already taking care of ourselves.

Positive thoughts about ourselves, provide mental well-being.
That is why it is important to start by thinking positively about ourselves.
We need to think positively about both our body and our ability.
On the whole, all thoughts about ourselves should be turned into positive ones.
The more positive we can look at ourselves, the greater well-being we will experience.

We become better at being positive towards others when we are positive towards ourselves.

Just as we can not be caring for others if we are not so towards ourselves, we can not think positively about others if we do not think positively about ourselves.
Therefore, it is important both for ourselves but also for our relationships that we think positively about ourselves.
Our relationships become more rewarding when we think positively.
When we think positively about others, we hear what they are saying because our consciousness is not preoccupied with negative thoughts.
Negative thoughts do not leave room for the words of others in consciousness, but the positive ones do.

Positive thoughts do not fill the consciousness.

The negative thoughts make noise in the consciousness and hold us.
Negative thoughts leave no room for anything other than negativity.
Therefore, negative thoughts are by no means constructive when it comes to our focus on ourselves and others.
The positive thoughts are silent, fill nothing and therefore they do not absorb consciousness.
Positive thoughts give us peace and well-being.

We can use the negative thoughts to become more positive.

Where we think negatively about ourselves is where we have the greatest potential to become more positive towards ourselves.
All negative thoughts about ourselves must be turned into positive thoughts.
For example, I will not like myself until I like myself.
If you think very negatively about yourself, you can start by thinking that I am good at thinking negatively about myself.
That way, you are already thinking positively about yourself.
