Vores tanker er afgørende for vores oplevelser.
Vi tror ofte, at det er selve oplevelserne, der afgør, om vores oplevelser er gode eller dårlige.
Det er vores tanker der bestemmer, om vi har gode eller dårlige oplevelser.
Med det mener jeg, at det er vores evne til at tænke negativt eller positivt, der afgør vores oplevelser.
Alternativt ville alle mene det samme, om diverse oplevelser, men det er ikke tilfældet.
Vi oplever forskelligt baseret på, om vi tænker positivt eller negativt.
Gode eller Dårlige oplevelser
Negative tanker medfører negative oplevelser.
Når vi tænker negativt, får vi en dårlig oplevelse.
Vi kan også sige, at vores oplevelse af en situation, person eller betingelse bliver dårlig.
Andre vil kunne have en helt anden oplevelse end vores.
Vores oplevelse er altså dårlig, fordi vi tænker, at den er dårlig.
Negative tanker fastholder os i bevistheden, derfor kan vi ikke vende en dårlig oplevelse til en god oplevelse med mindre, vi vender den aktivt.
Når vi finder det positive ved en negativ oplevelse, ændrer oplevelsen sig til at være god.
Vi kan vælge, at vi ønsker en god oplevelse og ændre på vores tanker.
Hver gang vi tænker negativt om en oplevelse, kan vi skifte den negative tanke ud med en positiv tanke.
Det kan være svært at finde det positive i det negative fordi, den negative tanke netop fastholder os i bevidstheden.
Derfor kan vi tænke, at vi er gode til at tænke negativt.
Når vi gør det, slipper den negative tanke i vores bevidsthed, fordi vi på den måde allerede tænker positivt.
Herefter kan vi nemmere tænke flere positive tanker.

Positive tanker medfører positive oplevelser.
Når vi tænker positive tanker, har vi gode oplevelser.
Vores oplevelse af en situation, person eller betingelse bliver god.
De positive tanker giver plads i bevidstheden til flere positive tanker.
Positive tanker tiltrækker flere positive tanker.
Vi bliver glade.
Positivitet åbner op for vores klarsyn og for at være kreative.
Der er altså alt at vinde ved at være mere positiv.
Mange er rigtig gode til at tænke positivt.
Det er derfor, vi har så mange gode oplevelser.
Vores tidsfornemmelse opløses, når vi tænker positivt, det er derfor tiden ofte går stærkt.
Når vi udskifter negative tanker med positive, kan vi blive endnu mere positive.
Hvis vi oplever negativt, kan vi huske på, at vi allerede er gode til at tænke positivt.
Vi skal bare lige vende tanken om fra negativ til positiv.
Så får vi endnu en god oplevelse.

Are you good at thinking positively?
Our thoughts are crucial to our experiences.
We always believe that an experience determines whether our experience is good or bad.
However, that is not the case, it is our thoughts.
By that I mean that it is our ability to think negatively or positively that determines our experiences.
Alternatively, everyone would think the same about various experiences, but that is not the case.
We experience differently based on whether we think positively or negatively.
Negative thoughts lead to negative experiences.
When we think negatively, we get a bad experience.
We can also say that our experience of a situation, person or condition becomes bad.
Others will be able to have a completely different experience than ours.
So our experience is bad because we think it’s bad.
Negative thoughts hold us in consciousness, therefore we cannot turn a bad experience into a good experience unless we turn it around actively.
When we find the positive in a negative experience, the experience changes to be good.
We can choose that we want a good experience and change our thoughts.
Every time we think negatively about an experience, we can replace the negative thought with a positive thought.
It can be difficult to find the positive in the negative because, the negative thoughts will hold us back in our consciousness.
Therefore, we can think that we are good at thinking negatively.
When we do that, the negative thought escapes our consciousness because that way we are already thinking positively.
Then we can more easily think more positive thoughts.
Positive thoughts lead to positive experiences.
When we think positive thoughts, we have good experiences.
Our experience of a situation, person or condition becomes good.
The positive thoughts make room in the consciousness for more positive thoughts.
Positive thoughts attract more positive thoughts.
We will be happy.
Positivity leads to clairvoyance and for being creative.
So there is everything to be gained by being more positive.
Many are really good at positive thinking.
That is why we have so many good experiences.
Our sense of time dissolves when we think positively, which is why time often goes fast.
If we experience negativity, we can remember that we are already good at thinking positively.
When we replace negative thoughts with positive ones, we can become even more positive.
We just need to turn the thought around from negative to positive.
Then we get another good experience.
